I finally finished!!!!! I've been working on this for 2 whole days (stared blankly at it for half the duration) but it was so worth it.

This was a request from :iconserenity--hisagi: who wanted her OC Tuscany in a romantic pose with Germany. Well I hope I succeed. If there are any mistakes don't be afraid to tell me.
